Thanks for the 2024 motivation. I’m a Tae Kwon Do Master with my own school. But as I get older these mobility drills are key. I especially enjoyed the gorilla walk. sometimes my young students struggle to get into mobility exercises. these will help

Oh boy this one shredded my thighs. Got out of my workout routine over the holiday and started back with this one and my thighs are sore! Has to put my strength routine off a day but got to do the new functional core and morning mobility episodes so I’m still a happy girl! Thanks, Julia!
